"This will be another adventure notch in my lipstick case. I crave excitement and go to great lengths to amuse myself. When playing the game, I always choose 'dare' over 'truth.' I am a crafty, elfin crackerjack and I fit into small spaces."
"I have been a fugitive one way or another my whole life. Try escaping Montana and you'll understand. Plus, I feel like I have stumbled into the biggest physical challenge since Double Dare aired daily on Nickelodeon."

THOUGHTS ON THE EVE OF THE GAME:
11.28.00
As I write this, a grotesque republican coup d'etat is taking place. The Party of Abraham Lincoln has become the Party of Lee Harvey Oswald...The party of Sirhan Sirhan: using mumbles and mendacity to get their moron into the White House like Jeffrey Dahmer mumbling and lying his way into a Vietnamese Youth Hostel. Nobody seems to care or want to do anything about it. Their minds are full of Regis and their eyes are glued to David Blaine's Igloo. America is being robbed of its rightful president, and nobody seems to care or want to do anything about it. Well, I care. And here's what I'm going to do about it: I'm going to win the Hide/Seek SiteSherpa fugitive bonanza. And I'm gonna do it for a guy named Al Gore.

ABOUT
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Jason is an award-winning filmmaker, comic book writer, and substitute teacher. According to Jason, his lifestyle has given him the competitive advantage he needs to take home the prize. "When you have a lot of time on your hands, and not a lot of money," Jason said, "you see a side of New York that the 9-to-5 crowd doesn’t get to experience." Jason plans to use that back-alley knowledge to stay one step ahead.

"I'm in the game to win the money. Also, I spend so much time behind the camera, I wanted to be in front of it for once."

9:40 AM Thursday, December 7, 2000. Outside the Blue Note by webHunter Mark Tafoya acting on a tip from an internet viewer.

It can be yours. Here's how.

We've set three fugitives -- Zoë, Chris, and Jason -- loose on the streets of Manhattan. They've left their everyday lives behind for a chance to win ten grand.

They'll win the money by staying on the streets for 17 days, completing tasks we assign them and remaining one step ahead of each other and a pack of pursuers.

Who's going to pursue them? You are. Track one down and you'll take home their bounty. The first one captured is worth $500; the second, $1,000; the $10,000 grand prize goes to the last fugitive standing at the end of the game or the viewer who has what it takes to bring 'em in.

Read the rules
, hit the streets, track 'em down.
