TODAY'S WEBHUNTER:

Jay Holler showed up at Command in a Dubya mask to preserve his identity. But he has a band ("Who doesn't?" he notes) and you can check them out at www.jayholler.com, a site packed with MP3s, news, and, of course, pictures of everyone in the band.
Jay would like to thank his family for his formal training in hunting down people in the streets of Colombia like animals. Thanks Mom!

WHAT IS THE WEBHUNTER?
The webHunter is the eyes, ears, and dreams of the Internet viewing public. Each day, Command will select one person to spend a day on the streets, tracking the Fugitive for viewers at home or work, who cannot, for reasons of time, space, or mind, canvas the City themselves. The webHunter is equipped with a wireless communications device through which s/he will receive email from viewers who think they know the whereabouts of a Fugitive. If the webHunter catches a Fugitive, s/he will split the prize money with the viewer who sent the tip that led to capture. The webHunter is your friend.
