Each day, Command will select one person to spend a day on the streets, tracking the Fugitive for viewers at home or work, who cannot, for reasons of time, space, or mind, canvas the City themselves. The webHunter is equipped with a wireless communications device through which s/he will receive email from viewers who think they know the whereabouts of a Fugitive.
